In the end of the TV episode, we learn how the cops finally nailed some of these guys, through the RICO act, a key witness, etc. He was convicted of false imprisonment and blackmail for the first kidnap. The Outlaws, with 200 chapters and 1,500 members, were very organized and were all over, not just the Midwest. An additional gang member, Elliot Cummings was identified by facial recognition experts. There were also some brutal killings north of the border in Canada. One of them wasn't far from me, at Lancaster Speedway, right outside of Buffalo., New York. What I thought was very interesting was learning about the group, the "1 percenters" and who the men and women were, where their backgrounds might likely be, and the various brutal killings that took place.
